STEM Racing Canada Student Team Affiliation is Now Closed.
2025 In-Person and Virtual Time Trial Qualifier Event
Date: (Saturday) November 29th.2025
Where: (HTS) Holy Trinity School - Located at 11300 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1L4
Time: 8:30am EST - 3:00pm EST
Who Can Compete? All teams that register for the STEM Racing Canada 2025/26 competition season. (Entry, Development and Professional Classes). Should a STEM Racing Canada Student Team want to attend in person; the event is open to all. We recognize that teams from across the country will have a much further distance to travel and that it may not be an option. We expect to welcome a limited number of STEM Racing Canada Teams to participate in person. The November 29th.2025 event itinerary for attendees in-person or virtually will be published November 8.2025. *All STEM Racing Canada Student Teams will be emailed shipping details on November 8.2025 that outline instructions for sending your vehicle to STEM Racing Canada for technical scrutineering which is scheduled to take place one week in advance of the event.

Per Team Registration Fees for the November 29th.2025 In-Person and Virtual Time Trial Qualifier Event: $750 + Applicable Taxes (HST).
Per Team Registration Fee for the Nationals in April 10,11 & 12th. 2026: $1500.00 + Applicable Taxes (HST).
