2025 In-Person and Virtual Time Trial Qualifier Event
Date: (Saturday) November 29th.2025
Where: (HTS) Holy Trinity School - Located at 11300 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1L4
Time: 8:30am EST - 5:00pm EST
Who Can Compete? All teams that register for the STEM Racing Canada 2025/26 competition season. (Entry, Development and Professional Classes). *A limited number of local STEM Racing Canada Teams will be eligible to participate in person. Further details for this event will be published by September 30.2025.

*Professional Class Teams that have qualified and are EXCLUSIVELY going to Nationals * This competition is OPTIONAL).
Nationals
Date: April 11 & 12th.2026
Where: Canadore College - 100 College Drive, North Bay, Ontario P1B 8K9
Important Dates & Competition Fee Structure
Registration Dates for Canadian Teams: (August 15th - October 31st.2025).
Per Team Registration Fees for the November 29th.2025 In-Person and Virtual Time Trial Qualifier Event: $750 + Applicable Taxes (HST).
Per Team Registration Fees for the February 7th.2026 In-Person Provincials Event: $1250.00 + Applicable Taxes (HST).
Per Team Registration Fee for the Nationals in April 11 & 12th. 2026: $1500.00 + Applicable Taxes (HST).
